our church history
- July 1998 - Several local families began meeting for a bible study twice a month in a local business; Steury Builders.
- August 1, 1999 - The first Sunday service of Pleasant Lake Mennonite Church was held.
- August 20, 2000 - A ground breaking service was held at the location of the new church building.
- June 2, 2001 - The first service was held in the new building.
- December 2, 2001 - Dedication Service for the new sanctuary and fellowship hall.

- August 2012 - The education wing and Children's Ministry room were added to the church.
- August 2013 - Pleasant Lake Mennonite Church submitted and application to join the Rosedale Network.
- December 2020 - The name of the congregation was changed to Pleasant Lake Community Church.
